Information you give us. If you sign up for our email list, we collect your email address. If you contact us directly, we collect whatever you include in your message.

Like most websites, our Site and hosting provider may automatically collect basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring page. We use Google Analytics to see aggregate visits (pages viewed, rough location, device type). This uses cookies.
We do not currently sell products directly through the Site, so we do not collect payment information.

- To send you updates about Lucky Bastard, such as the launch date, price, and availability
- To respond to your questions or requests
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not use your email address for anything unrelated to Lucky Bastard.

By signing up, you agree to receive emails from us about Lucky Bastard. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You can also email us at luckybastardcards@gmail.com and we will remove you.

We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to collect aggregate visit data such as pages viewed and device type. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the Site still works, though the chip calculator needs JavaScript.

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We may keep limited records afterward as needed to honor your opt-out and meet legal requirements.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Lucky Bastard is a game for ages 17+, and the Site is intended for adults and older teens. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We operate in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
